1. Consulting Services
Due to the time, strategy, preparation, and professional resources involved in consulting services, completed services are generally non-refundable.

Work has begun
Research or strategy development has started
Documents or deliverables have been provided
refunds may be denied in full or in part at the discretion of Venia Enterprises.
2. Deposits
Certain services may require an upfront deposit before work begins.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Deposits are non-refundable
Deposits secure scheduling, preparation time, and service availability
3. Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel scheduled consultations or services by providing written notice.
Cancellation terms:
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may qualify for rescheduling
Late cancellations or missed appointments may not qualify for refunds
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services
4. Digital Products and Downloads
If Venia Enterprises offers downloadable materials, templates, guides, or digital products
All digital sales are final
No refunds will be issued after delivery or download access has been granted
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Venia Enterprises directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

Refusal of future business
Collection efforts where permitted by law
6. Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances.
Approval of any refund remains solely at the discretion of Venia Enterprises.

Initial retainers and mobilization fees secure dedicated advisory capacity. Once operational analysis or strategic mapping commences, these fees are fully committed and non-refundable.

2. Fractional COO & Ongoing Advisory
Ongoing fractional executive services are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation or modification of active advisory scopes requires a written thirty (30) day notice period.
3. Dispute Resolution & Billing Inquiries
Retainers are fully committed upon commencement. Ongoing fractional engagements require a structured thirty-day notice period.
We maintain absolute transparency. Any billing inquiries or disputes must be submitted to our administrative team within fifteen (15) business days of invoice receipt.
